WebAeon mission 2 kinda allows you to transition to T2 defences and boats to do most of your dirty work, so it's not so bad. UEF mission 2 mostly just involves some T2 defence spam, and then hitting the bottom right of the aeon base with T2 tac missiles to turn the shields off and snipe the commander.
