Customer Service from Shark was far less impressive, product was out of stock (without our being notified) at the time of order. Webb10 feb. 2024 · The Shark Stratos Corded is very good on bare floors. It easily clears away small and bulky debris on this surface type, and it does a fantastic job of clearing out debris from shallow cracks and crevices, like grout lines on tile floors. It's also reasonably lightweight and quite maneuverable.

I was quite disappointed that I needed to bring my older shark vacuum out to finish the job. So I tried it again a couple days later on full power mode.
