Try to open up to someone about your fear to start dealing with it. Talk to a family member, a friend, or a counselor about your fear and how it affects you in your daily life. WebbNobody is afraid of those holes or patterns, but it can make you feel from mildly uncomfortable to even panic attacks (in very little cases though). For the record, this mask is cool and in no way triggers somethimg similar. p.s.: I didn't even downvote you.
