WebDec 18, 2009 · Hi all. Car: Vauxhall, Vectra SRI Estate Vreg. My high level (Centre rear) brake light has stopped working. The LED and circuit board all work fine on an alternative power supply. I’m getting a negative voltage reading from the wires that connect to the brake light haven’t had a good look at it yet and was looking for any ideas. WebApr 19, 2024 · 4 Posts. WebMay 27, 2011 · As your low level brake lights are working (pin 6) there must be a fault in the wiring to the high level ones. ( Check if there Is there a separate fuse for the high levels lights ?) If you can remove the LED strip can you not test for continuity with a 12v supply or test the caravan supply with a good 12v bulb.
