Upon our arrival with 6 people and at least 6 bags, we were not greeted nor offered a hand. We stumbled upon a luggage cart that was never offered. Over our 5 night stay, we had less than enthusiastic smiles or comments from the reception area.

If there were snow on the patio and someone holding holding the door, I could have literally skied into the ski storage area located on the first floor. This storage area is about 300-400 ft from the Independence Superchair lift.
